If you choose to implement a safety committee in your company you must first determine what purpose it will serve. It can give employees a venue to discuss issues that concern them, and can educate workers about the use of PPE equipment. This group can also help make sure that the company is in compliance with regulations and integrate safety into the culture of the organization.
